City brings customer services to Bothasig

The City’s Mobile Office will be deployed in Bothasig next week. Residents are encouraged to make use of the City services that will be availed to them on their doorstep

The details are as follows:

• Date: Tuesday, 23 May 2023
• Time: 09:30 to 13:30
• Venue: Bothasig Community Hall, 3 Link Road, Bothasig

The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist Bothasig residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.

'Next week Tuesday we are making a special effort to bring our customer services to the Bothasig community. We want to ensure that residents can easily engage with City officials and enquire about services without having to leave their neighbourhood. I encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office which will be at their Community Hall. Our staff will be at their service for the entire morning. To help ease the process, residents are encouraged to bring along their municipal accounts or ID,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
